Department of Pharmacology
Established in 2008, the Department of Pharmacology offers comprehensive academic programs at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. levels, with specialization in Regulatory Toxicology. The department currently comprises 5 faculty members, 2 research scholars, and 24 postgraduate students.
Research & Infrastructure
The department has received financial support from government agencies such as AICTE and RGUHS to enhance its research infrastructure and carry out funded projects. It is equipped with facilities essential for in vivo experimentation as well as molecular mechanistic studies, enabling research across a wide spectrum.
We also offer preclinical pharmacological and toxicological testing services for both investigational and registered compounds. The department has active collaborations with various research institutions and pharmaceutical industries for student projects and research exchange.
