CRITERION –II: Hand on/Clinical Experiences

Parameter-1:Whether students are provided with the opportunity for Field visits/ Industrial Visits & observations of Hospital Pharmacy Practices in past 1 year

Parameter-2:Whether Students are being provided with hands on experiences/practical/pre-clinical experiences in Laboratory based experimental set up

Q 1 : Whether the pharmacy college/institute has a required Laboratory set up for the concerned departments

Q 2 : Whether students are being provided with practical training as per prescribed minimum hours by PCI

Q 3 : Whether Job Card & Utilization Register are maintained for each laboratory

Q 4 : Whether each Laboratory has a Manual

Q 5 : Whether Laboratory-wise Time Table is available

Q 6 : Whether each Laboratory has displayed SOPs for equipment

Q 7 : Availability of Simulated Lab set-up

Parameter-3:Provision of Practical Training/Industrial Training other than prescribed Practical in subject specific Laboratory in past 1 year

Parameter-4:Provision of Practical Training under Computer Based or Software Based Simulations
